Firebrand Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi, has been summoned by the NCIC over the incitement utterances he met last month.
The commission said that Sudi was summoned to shade light on the hateful utterances he made on 30th March this year.
The Jubilee politician who is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto has recently been causing a stir in the political arena with his scathing attacks on the Opposition wing led by Raila Odinga.
supporters of the former premier and his lieutenants whom he claimed were being blinded by Raila to support his every move and decision without question.
“They don’t question anything, they just vote somebody because he speaks a lot of good English, that does not help bring development my friend,” he said
The North Rift leader claimed Raila’s home turf of Luo Nyanza was languishing in abject poverty because he was not development-oriented and was advancing his own political agenda.
“The problem we have in this country is Raila Odinga, wherever he goes he causes havoc, he was in KANU, it collapsed. He joined NASA it collapsed and he is now in Jubilee…I want to tell President Uhuru Kenyatta that as long as Raila is still on board, we will continue having problems,” said the politician
