The Kenyan reggae queen, Njambi Koikai, who is in hospital battling endometriosis is always sharing her day to day life. Being a national siblings day, she shared a photo of her and her sister where she recalled their childhood memories where her sister forgot that she has ten fingers.

She wrote; “National Sibling Day…. Hapa siste alikuwa anaenda interview ya kuingia Standard 1, madhe alikuwa amechoka na kanursery kengine siste alikuwa anaendaga lol…kazi yao ilikuwa tu kuimba nursery rhymes na kudish alafu wanalala. Anyway so siku ya interview, nikasema siwezi acha mtoi wetu aingie huko ndani pekee yake.

Niliskia kulia cos angeandika 10 alafu madhe akanizushia ati kwa nini Barbs hajui ako na 10 fingers, #firstbornproblems. Anyway alipata 95% juu alisahau ako na 10 fingers. Tukatoka hapo akaona msee wa picha and you can see the grin on her face lol. I'm proud of my sis. She's now a scientist who has been very instrumental in my endometriosis journey as well as our late grandma's cancer journey. She does alot behind the scenes for us. She's also been fundraising for me through different activities in her campus. I'm so proud of her. Proud to call her my sister. She's been interested in photography since she was a little girl. She's been taking pics of us since way back. One time she had those disposable cameras and my grandma didn't understand how it worked. She was here with me for all my surgeries and took some amazing pics at hospital before going back to school. This journey has been hard on her too but she's handled it with so much grace. She's back to science but has now taken her photography a notch higher and i couldn't be more proud. Please follow my sister's photography page @bellabuse.photography Aliniambia nikipona atanifanyia the first photoshoot for free lol...😊❤
