This is the person who cooked Ken Okoth’s fake death news

Fake news on the death of Kibra member of parliament Ken Okoth spread online on Tuesday like bush fire with unsuspecting Kenyans wishing the ailing MP RIP Mhesh.

It was then established the news were fake and originated from malicious persons who would want to cause unwarranted panic.

The fake news on Twitter originated from @RoadAlertsKE with the message indicating ‘…you fought a good fight. So sad.

However, the embarrassing tweet was pulled down immediately it was criticised and the person running the twitter handle apologised. Minutes later the Road Alerts posted a different tweet to divert the attention from the blames.

On her part, when he learned the news about his death, the parliamentarian tweeted that he was fine, ‘alive and kicking’
