City Pastor James Ng’ang’a has suffered another blow after the High Court in Nairobi declined to issue conservatory orders to bar his prosecution.

On Tuesday, Justice James Makau said Ng’ang’a failed to demonstrate how his fundamental rights have been violated by the respondents: the Inspector General of Police (IG) and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

The court instead directed that he raises the issues in his petition at the trial court and that he take plea in the Ksh.3.6million rent arrears case.
