Hustler effect is real,Duale tells Raila

The leader of the majority at the National Assembly Aden Duale has reacted to ODM leaders concede defeat.

While taking to his Twitter account, Aden Duale mocked ODM Party claiming that the defeat was meant to be.

” The influence of Deputy President William Ruto is among the reasons Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) opted to withdraw from the Wajir by-election, National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has claimed.”

The tweet came as soon as Raila Odinga conceded defeat of ODM Party in the just concluded by-election in Ugenya and Embakasi South Constituencies.

According to Duale, the loss in both theconstituencies is a clear indicator that ODM is weak.

The ODM withdrawal comes barely 72 hours after a humiliating defeat in two constituencies by-elections.
