Handshake is not working! Kenyans ask Oburu Odinga to save them

Kenyans are tired of ‘Handshake’ already and no one to keep the government on toes.

It is now one year since President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga yank their differences for the ‘betterment’ of Kenyans.

The first half of handshake was very ‘beautiful’ for lack of better term in matters politics and political stability.

Almost eighty percent of Kenyans embraced the handshake hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But the tunnel seems to be long than we thought.

It is 2019, and things are going South in the Jubilee government with Raila Odinga being the biggest ‘loser’.

Raila Odinga was offered an oversight role and as soon as he arrived at ‘Canaan’, he forgot the promises he made to the poor ‘Israelites’.

The opposition is dead in Kenya and that might have been a plan for Jubilee to ‘kill’ the strongest critics of Jubilee government.

Deputy President William Samoei Ruto is the next beneficiary of the Jubilee party if all goes well within the union with the promises they made with Kenyatta of ten years each.

The recent Ugenya and Embakasi by-elections that were conducted last week Friday, took ODM by surprise after it lost terribly.

A section of ODM leaders had declared that the Ugenya by-elections were between Raila Odinga and William Ruto an urged voters to choose wisely. They chose Ruto.

The supremacy in the handshake is slowly drifting to Tangatanga movement presided over by hustler Ruto.

Some political experts say that the handshake was meant to tame Raila while Ruto shines ahead of 2022 general elections.

Since Raila stopped criticizing the government, there is no one to call out bad governance an no one to keep it on check an balance.

Kenyans are tired and are now asking Raila’s brother, Oburu Odinga to restore opposition.

The corruption claims of lost money which are worth billions are yet to be recovered because of politics.
