Ruto, Kalonzo hints at Mega Coalition to counter Raila ahead of 2022

Deputy President William Ruto and former deputy leader of the National Super Alliance coalition Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka are on the verge of forming a merger to face 2022.

D.P. Ruto has shown interests in the Wiper Party. It is possible that he could have bankrolled the party’s successful campaigns in Embakasi South by-election. This will possibly see Ruto’s URP buy out Kalonzo’s Wiper Movement.

The two have a lot in common. For instance, they both dislike their bosses. D.P. Ruto has of late shown his defiance towards the president overtly.

His latest act of defiance towards the president is when he deliberately failed to turn up for the Huduma Namba launch.

Kalonzo’s despise for his boss Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga is not anything new. He has always wanted to be president but every time Odinga makes him deputy. He has a personal vendetta against Odinga and has subtly seized opportunities to teach him a lesson.

In 2007, Kalonzo taught Odinga a lesson by joining former president Mwai Kibaki at midnight, leaving Odinga stranded.

A decade later, Kalonzo failed to turn up for a historic mock swearing-in of his leader as the People’s President, after the Jubilee Party had stolen the election.

What unites Ruto and Kalonzo even more is their extreme hatred for The Handshake. They were both bypassed when Kenyatta and Odinga decided to shake hands (whatever that means).

They felt dejected, disrespected and belittled. For that, Kalonzo’s dislike for Odinga grew bigger, and Ruto became Kenyatta’s sworn enemy.

Just as Kenyatta and Odinga have joined forces to establish their legacies, Ruto and Kalonzo will soon join forces to humiliate the two “turncoats”.

Some may say that this is a wrong perspective and too far-fetched. The truth, however, is that this is happening. Besides, how do you explain the celebratory tweet below?
