Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has dropped a mother of all lecture to Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), lecturing him on how to professionally cay out his duties after DCI announced that they had seized a Range Rover belonging to controversial politician Steve Mbogo, with a fake Registration number
In a tweet, Miguna referred to the investigations agency as incompetent, giving directives on what the DCI could have done instead of posting pictures of the vehicle seized. The DCI must have taken notes after reading Miguna’s Tweet.
Miguna says that the DCI should have exposed steve Mbogo and his accomplices in state agencies tasked with vehicle registration. He added that it was a shame that the DCI was only sharing pictures of the car purported to have been seized.
“Inept and crooked @DCI_Kenya. You should have announced that Steve Mbogo and his accomplices at the Kenya Revenue Authority have been charged with fraud, forgery and theft. Instead, you are posting pictures of a Range Rover you have purportedly “recovered.” Shame on you,” said the self-declared NRM General.

His words came after DCI detectives announced that they had seized the Range Rover belonging to politician, Steve Mbogo.
The statement further revealed that preliminary investigations indicated that the car’s number plate – KCL 830 A – was found to belong to a Probox.
