Hallelujah! Ringtone finally files lawsuit against Willy Paul

The rift between two ‘gospel’ artists has escalated with Ringtone taking Willy Paul to court.

The controversial artist has been making headlines for weeks now after attacking Willy Paul over his way of living which he said was ungodly.

After releasing his latest hit dubbed Hallelujah featuring Tanzania’a Nandy, Willy Paul has received criticism in his music.

Willy Paul drifted from singing gospel music about three years ago and started ‘praising’ women according to critics.

His latest videos on the Hallelujah challenge has proven that really gospel in Kenya is rotten.

In the videos, ladies are seen twerking to ‘gospel song’ and making erotic moves which incite s3exuality.

Last week, Ringtone promised to take Willy Paul to court for blasphemy and disrepecting Christians.

He has honored his promise and has shared a lawsuit he file against Willy Paul.

“The lawsuit intends to prohibit the said artist and others from mentioning religious terms and words in a manner that is offensive,” reads the lawsuit in part.

The lawsuit from the High Court also seeks an apology from the said artist and the song withdrawn from the public domain.

Willy Paul has not responded yet and is continuously enjoying airplay for his song which has hit one million views.
