Director of Criminal Investigation George Kinoti has today thanked the outgoing Inspector General Joseph Boinnet for his transformative leadership.
This come after IG Boinnet paid a courtesy call at the DCI Headquarters where he met & spoke at length with the Director & other senior officers-including the support staff.
