Diamond’s father open for a collabo with Hamisa Mobetto

After featuring in a song that went viral, Diamond Platnumz father Mzee Abdul says that he is open for a collabo with Diamond’s Ex Lover Hamisa Mobetto.

Mzee Abdul featured in the song dubbed ‘Mwewe’ and he says that it is not his song but only wanted to support the young people and their music.

He also added that he is not a musician and cannot quite take it up as a profession but he can only do it as a way to support the music of artists.

Diamond’s father says that the people he did are collabo with asked him to be part of the song with the hope that his name would be a bonus to them since it will reach out to a larger audience.

Although he was reluctant, eventually he decided to give his support saying that incase they make it, that will be his joy.

On whether he would respond to the call to have a collabo with Hamisa Mobetto, Mzee Abdul says that Hamisa is just like her daughter and the fact that she even has a son with Diamond will make it hard for him to say no to such a call.

Diamond’s father also says that he would consider the amount of time he is expected to be featured in the song and check whether it would be possible for him to proceed.

‘If it would mean to be featured in a small piece the I would not mind” he said during an interview.

Mzee Abdul also added that even in a case where Diamond asks him to feature in his song, he will be so glad to do so.

He gave an example of Diamond’s Iyena song that featured Diamond’s mother and he says that it would have been great if he was given the scene to feature in the father’s part.

He however added that he understands that maybe communication was not well executed but next time there is such an opportunity, he would be happy to be involved.
