Man Utd Star Paul Pogba Argued With this One Player During Wolves Premier League Defeat

Manchester United star Pogba struggled as the Red Devils slipped to a dire 2-1 defeat to Wolves on Tuesday night.

The France international’s form improved when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer succeeded Jose Mourinho in December but, in recent weeks, the midfielder has struggled.

Pogba was anonymous as Manchester United lost to Wolves, with the midfielder doing little to justify Solskjaer’s praise in him prior to the match.

And the National say that, throughout the game against Wolves, the France international clashed with Lukaku on the field.

It appears the duo were unable to get onto the same wavelength.

And their lack of sufficient communication cost United, whose transition from defence to attack was poor throughout the entirety of the showdown.

Meanwhile, Pogba has been tipped to move to Real Madrid when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season.

The 26-year-old has already praised the club and Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane.

And the feeling appears to be mutual with Zidane also lauding the United star.

And former Premier League star John Arne-Riise believes there could be something behind the rumours about a transfer.

“Pogba I think is a fantastic football player,” Riise said on beIN SPORTS.

“But he needs to play for the right manager who accepts the way he plays football.

“With United he’s taken a few steps since Solskjaer came, I think Solskjaer likes him a lot.

“I read in the papers that he had a talk with Solskjaer about this Madrid discussion in the media, just to clarify the situation.

“I think he’s happy at United.

“But in football, if you’re a world-class player you never know what’s going to happen.

“He mentioned Madrid, Zidane talked up Pogba. If there’s a rumour going, there’s always something [of truth].”
