Kenya Gospel music industry has been facing a lot of humiliation caused by the controversy musicians. Most of the musicians have been accused of living ungodly ways and yet they still claim to be gospel artists. One of them who is always criticised is Willy Paul.
Willy Paul is facing a hard time after the release of his new song featuring Nandy, ‘Hallelujah’. The song which he describes as gospel has been viewed by many people as secular.
A lady by the name,Sue Gacambi took to social media to ashame Willy Paul for giving such a ‘dirty’ song the title Hallelujah. She felt it would have been given any erotic title because its scene at the lyrics are erotic too.
This comes after his fellow gospel musician, Ringtone attacked him over the same song. Through a video he shared on his Instagram account, he said; “so willy paul today I just want to address you over your song because I feel that you have disrespected our God. Willy Paul Nandy is not your wife. you’re touching her private parts, she is twerking at you and you’re saying
That woman who is not to your wife calledNandy is touching your head seductively, your private parts, touching your behind. touching everywhere and you’re saying hallelujah.Willy paul as Christians in Kenya today we feel so bad. we feel so much disrespected.. you’ve gone too far and this coming week from Monday I just want to go to court I want to sue you for disrespecting our faith. this cannot continue we feel very disrespected. I call on all Christians, who are feeling disrespected like me we go into prayer and fasting against this upfront and conflict.”
