Any football fan talking or indiscipline and player bookings in the soccer world will most definitely name Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos.

The defender is known for his unforgiving nature and foul play and is said to be one of the player who have picked a good number of card but his card picking have been outdone by little know player in the Scotland League.

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has smashed the European record for the most red cards in a season after being ordered off for a fifth time this season, against Celtic on Sunday, beating the record of team-mate Ryan Jack and Spanish defender Sergio Ramos. 

Alfredo Morelos is facing a four-game suspension after the striker was sent off for elbowing Celtic captain Scott Brown during Rangers’ 2-1 Scottish Premiership defeat on Sunday.

Rangers winger Ryan Kent, who struck out at Celtic captain Scott Brown but was not punished by referee Bobby Madden, and several other players face an anxious wait to see if they will face retrospective action after Sunday’s Scottish Premiership game.

Celtic defender Kristoffer Ajer has insisted that Scott Brown is the “definition” of a captain after the midfielder found himself involved in incidents that led to red cards for Rangers’ Alfredo Morelos and Andy Holliday in Sunday’s 2-1 win.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has criticised Rangers’ treatment of Scott Brown during Sunday’s Premiership game, branding a blow to his captain’s face by winger Ryan Kent as “unacceptable”.
