National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi has on Friday landed in Budapest, accompanied by four Members of Parliament, for a 4-day official visit to Hungary
Speaker Muturi is expected to deliberate for deeper enhancement of Kenya’s relations with his counterpart host H.E László Kövér, Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary.
Muturi revealed that the two countries have established cooperation in
“Following our heightened relations in the last few years, the Republic of Hungary and Kenya have established cooperation in Health and Education sectors resulting in 100 annual scholarships for Kenyan students. We now look forward to the cooperation of our two Legislatures.” stated speaker Muturi.
Embakasi East MP Hon Babu Owino is among the legislatures who joined speaker Muturi in the official visit.
