Kisumu County Ksh 1.3 cow is fully digitized,you don’t milk it…you just download milk

Kisumu County CEC for Agriculture Gilchrest Okuom, whose docket has been questioned over the controversial purchase of Ksh.3.7 million dairy cows has refused to comment on the matter but Kenyans have already found the reason to why the county spend the exaggerating amount for the cows.

According to Auditor General Edward Ouko, records show only one cow was availed for audit thereby making the purchase of the remaining 26 cows questionable.

The Auditor General said a delivery note dated May 2017 showed that the animals were delivered using a truck but the registration number was not indicated as required.
