Kenyatta University Students Urged to Boycott Dictator Museveni’s Lecture

Uganda President Yoweri Museveni will give a lecture on regional Integration at Kenyatta University on Friday afternoon. The University management has postponed all afternoon exams and said through a memo that all student are expected to attend the important event.

But in a shocking turn of events, bloggers have urged the students to disrupt the event.

Blogger cum Human Rights Activist Boniface Mwangi has urged the students to trouble the ‘murderous dictator’ when he starts the lecture.

There have been a lot of uproar, concerning Museveni’s decision to sack and detain Makerere University Lecturer Stella Nyanzi

Dr. Stella Nyanzi was fired in December 2018 from the prestigious Makerere University. She is in remand at Luzira Prison, is facing charges of cyber harassment and offensive communication against President Yoweri Museveni.

Dr Stella Nyanzi

There is one time @BenjiNdolo attempted to disrupt @KagutaMuseveni speech at the intercon. He succeeded for a minute before he was kicked out. He was alone. Kenyatta University has thousands of students, please boo #Uganda dictator even if it’s from a distance. #FreeStellaNyanzi https://t.co/8UXKvvDAMd— Boniface Mwangi (@bonifacemwangi) March 28, 2019

Boniface Mwangi believes this is enough reason for comrades to disrupt the dictator.
