400,000 * 290 * 12 = KES. 1.4B. Projected amount in allowances that Kenyan MPs want in a year! In 5 years, that equates to KES 7B. This amount could build 3 world class Cancer Research Centres in the country to help research, understand, and develop key therapies for Kenyans!!!
