Laikipia Women’s Rep Cate Waruguru has come out to defend William Ruto over a move by James Orengo to impeach William Ruto.
While speaking at KTN’s Morning Express, Waruguru took it upon herself to school her rival debater on what gross misconduct means.
“Gross misconduct is failing to act in a manner which is expected of you within a certain framework, within a certain system which is agreed upon.”
“Ruto is not insane. In fact he says, mimi sivuti banghi. Na mimi, kichwa yangu iko sawasawa.”
“He is not facing any disability or impairment which will make him not work”
According to Waruguru, this is a ploy by Nasa to undermine the government and to infiltrate it.
