Six people died on Tuesday in a grisly road accident near Masimba market in Kajiado County.
The accident involved a lorry which rammed into the fourteen seater matatu on Nairobi-Mombasa Highway.
The rescue team is on the ground.
The sad news comes after three people were confirmed dead and six others injured after a road accident at Simba area on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
According to Makueni County Commissioner Mohammed Maalim, the Tuesday 7AM accident involving a matatu and a lorry occurred after the 14-seater matatu was rammed from behind.
The injured were rushed to Makindu hospital for treatment while the deceased were moved to the mortuary in the same facility.
