Twitter has become a battle ground between activist Boniface Mwangi and AAR Insurance as each side trades accusations.
On Monday the activist took to twitter to painfully narrate how the company fooled him that they were going to cover his medical expenses for chest operation but betrayed him the last minute.
Mr Mwangi argued that he has been a faithful members of the company since 2010 and pays his premiums but medical cover but when a time came for the company to settle his medical bills, he was turned down and force to pay for himself.
Mr Mwangi underwent operation following a chest injury that he sustained when he was hit by a Kenyan police during peaceful demonstrations.
Kenyans on twitter expressed their solidarity with the activist.
