Njeri Kaberere is the widow of the late gospel musician, Kaberere who passed on five years ago after being electrocuted in car wash. During his death, Njeri was pregnant and delivered when they were laying him to rest.
In an interview, she shred how she has been coping up as a lone parent. She narrated; “Apart from work, there are so many things I do. I make sure that if am not at home in the evening, I have to wake up early in the morning to talk to them and pray with them, go through their homework.
On Saturday when I have no events,I shower them, we sometimes go spend time with other-in -law. However I spend all my Sundays with them. When I do not have events in the evening, I spend my time with them.Its not easy though because sometimes am so tired.”
