The four Americans who perished in the Turkana chopper crash were veteran political consultants alleged to have been flown to Kenya to begin setting up Deputy President William Ruto’s 2022 presidential campaign.
The four, alongside pilot Mario Magonga who frequently flew the DP, died near Lobolo in Central Island National Park, Turkana, at dusk, on March 3.
Ironically, in 2013, a Romanian citizen then working for Cambridge Analytica mysteriously died in a hotel in Nairobi.
A former Cambridge Analytica employee claimed that his predecessor who died mysteriously in a Kenyan hotel room may have been poisoned after a deal gone sour.
Christopher Wylie, a tech specialist said in the past said that Dan Muresan, a Romanian citizen, was found dead in 2012 while working for President Uhuru Kenyatta’s 2013 campaign.

Wylie shocked UK’s culture select committee of MPs with claims that rumours surrounding the circumstances around Mr Muresan’s alleged murder circulated around the controversial data firm.
He claimed that local police had been bribed “not to enter the hotel room for 24 hours in a bid to cover up the possible murder”.
“Cambridge Analytica was working with Kenyan politicians, but because in a lot of African countries if a deal goes wrong you pay for it,” he said.
Cambridge Analytica was contracted by President Kenyatta and the Jubilee Party to spearhead his 2013 and 2017 Presidential bids.
Sources within the police yesterday said that the American strategists had begun laying out an elaborate campaign game plan for Ruto.
The strategy mirrors President Uhuru Kenyatta’s robust State House drives in 2013 and 2017 that were steered by foreign firms and individuals.
