Here’ what transpired at Kileleshwa where foreigners brandished a gun at a guard

Police have launched a hunt for a foreigner who was captured by CCTV cameras threatening to shoot a guard in Kileleshwa.

The alien was part of a group that had visited an apartment block in Kileleshwa on Saturday.

The authorities are trying to establish the identity of the man and whether he is a licensed gun holder.

The guard was trying to prevent them from parking their white Range Rover KCH 001V at a spot reserved for tenants.

He narrated how he tried to get them to park their vehicle at the space designated for visitors but they refused to comply.

“They came and I showed them a parking spot for visitors but they refused and parked at a tenants’ spot. They said that they will not stay for long and they will be back in a few minutes,” recalled the guard.

True to the guards warning, the Range Rover was later blocked by a tenant who parked a car behind the visitors’ vehicle.

Upon realization, the foreigner and his friends became furious and started issuing threats.

“They started insulting me and threatening to kill me and the owner of the car. When I heard them saying they will kill us, I refused to call the owner of the car that had blocked them,” the guard narrated.

One of the visitors resulted in throwing an object at the guards’ cubicle and in turn, he held his baton in preparation for a confrontation.

At that moment, one of the men drew out a pistol and aimed at the guard, threatening to shoot him.

“They said they will kill me and disappear because this is Kenya and no one can do anything to them,” the guard told journalists.

The group then clobbered the guard inside his cubicle before they drove out of the compound.
