For most Kenyans, nothing brings back laughter and memories like the day former prime minister Raila Odinga together with then Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya were seriously caned by a strange man while dancing on stage in 214.
Kwale Residents were treated to a rare spectacle in when an elderly man appeared from nowhere and seriously whipped ‘Babah’ who was busy enjoying a traditional dance before being wrestled down by security .
