The hearing of the case involving Joseph Irungu alias Jowie and TV Journalist Jacque Maribe in connection with the murder of business woman Monica Kimani resumed today at the Milimani Law Courts with Justice James Wakiaga hearing it.

Joseph Irungu withdrew his application for bail meaning that he is ready and willing to stay behind bars for the longest time possible until the case finally comes to an end.

Knowing murder cases and the period they take before coming to an end, Jowie looks destined to stay in Prison.

Does this mean that he is throwing in the towel? Has he given up on ever coming out of this whole muder ordeal?
