Earlier today, African Union High Representative For infrastructure Development Raila Odinga held a meeting with the Congo President Felix Tshisekedi.
The two leaders held a discussion that centered on Infrastructure in Africa and the key role of the DRC which is located at the heart of the Trans Africa rail and highway networks.
They also had a talk on the importance of sufficient energy generation on the continent and how this leads to faster overall development for all our people.
Tshisekedi is visiting the country ahead of the United Nations Environmental Assembly (UNEA) as well as the 3rd One Planet Assembly at UN Complex in Gigiri from 13th to 15th March 2019
