“The position you hold today belongs to Women,”Ruto ally fires back at Maina Kamanda

Over the weekend, nominated MP and former Starehe Constituency lawmaker Maina Kamnda told off Deputy President William Ruto’s allies to keep off war against graft.

The lawmaker challenged the Jubilee Party MPs who were not happy with the fight against corruption to quit the party.

He accused them of crying every time there is a graft cases that their key man is being targeted.

However, the remarks did not get Tanga tanga crusaders well. The Kimilili member of parliament fired back, accusing Kamanda of failing to deliver while he was the Starehe Constituency legislator.

Barasa argues that Kamanda was unceremoniously evicted by Starehe residents for failing them.

Barasa further argues that the lawmaker holds a position that belongs to women.

“I heard Mr. Kamada who was evicted from leadership by voters of Starehe Nairobi asking us elected Jubilee members inclined towards H.E @WilliamsRuto to quit the party, I want to tell Mr. Kamanda that he should know the position he holds today belongs to the women,” read a twitter post by Barasa.

The Kimilili legislator has been so vibrant in defending his key man, whilst advocating for his 2022 presidential bid.
