Mike Sonko suffers blow after Cabinet nominee rejects job

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s cabinet has suffers another blow after after nominee Stella Bosire rejected the position offered to her as CEC of health in the county government.

Bosire failed to show up for the vetting process being done by the County Assembly Committee on appointments indicating that there were issues yet to be addressed especially Sonko’s style of management.

She clarified that the problems posed by the county boss included impromptu visits, sensationalising issues and lack of respect for professionalism.

“Unfortunately, it has come to that. I will serve Kenyans in other capacities,” stated Bosire.
