How ‘Leaving Neverland’ have benefited Michael Jackson’s impersonator

Since the screening of the documentary, ‘Leaving Neverland’ which featured victims who claimed to have been sexually abused by the late king of pop, Michael Jackson, his music has been banned from being aired in media stations.

However, his impersonator, Trinidadian-born Navi has revealed he’s not suffered any backlash to business since Leaving Neverland went to air
and that bookings have actually increased. According to him, not all fans have not been put off by the claims.

Navi, who works primarily in the UK and played Michael Jackson in the 2017 biopic Michael Jackson, ‘Searching for Neverland’, said he’s received no cancellations since the airing. He revealed the only response he’d had to the documentary was from a couple checking that he could still perform at their upcoming wedding.
