The mansion was originally for sale for $100million in 2015. It was then reduced in price to $67million but still failed to find a buyer.Neverland – which was named aft er J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan – has now been rebranded as Sycamore Valley Ranch and the price dropped by $69 million, to $31 million, reports Forbes.com.
