One of the GrandPa Records founder,Refigah has rubbished claims that some artists who were once signed under the record label abandoned them.

Refigah was speaking to Wasafi Media when he clarified saying that there is no artist who ever walked out of their record label.

He said that his Grand Pa Record lable is just like Wasafi and they follow protocol. He also stated that there are contracts and agreements and therefore an artist cannot just wake up and decide to quit without notice.

” It is a very serious business., it involves contract, lawyers and investment not the street talks which are unprofessional” he said

Refigah added that the problem with artists is that they like spreading propaganda and according to him that is why there are rumors that his record label was abandoned.

He also mentioned that the artists who have been through that record label have been successful and those that are said to have quit; Kenrazy, Dufla and DNA had reached the end of their contract when they left.
