Miguna Miguna questions the authenticity Uhuru’s KSL interpretor

The self-proclaimed General, lawyer Miguna Miguna has questioned the authenticity of some of the signs used by sign language interpreter Youla Nzale during the 6th Devolution Conference.

Miguna wondered whether Nzale was using ‘freshly invented’ gestures as President Uhuru Kenyatta was addressing the delegates.

“Is that legitimate “sign language” the young woman to @UKenyatta’s right is using or those are freshly invented despotic gestures intended to mock Kenyans?” he asked.

As expected, Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) were quick to weigh in on the matter and it generated an interesting debate.

“That lady is using Kenyan Sign Language which incorporates facial expressions, hand & body movements. She is doing it 99% of how it should be,” wrote one Richard Mativu.

Miguna responded by saying: “The expression “Kenyan Sign Language” is not a known language or subject in Kenya.”

“Must you find fault with anything and everything sir?” asked another netizen.

Miguna: “So, I should say good is bad just to make zombies bleat?”
