Tuesday 5th March is the day CS for Treasury Henry Rotich will live to remember all his life.
The CS met sleuths from the DCI for over six hours non stop. He arrived at the Kiambu road offices before dawn and was still inside by afternoon.
Rotich was summoned by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti to explain how he made payments amounting up to Sh20 billion for the scandalous dam projects.
Rotich had to explain to Kinoti and his men how payments were made for work that was never done.
The treasury had to explain to Kinoto how he wrote to the National Land Commission asking the officials to facilitate relocation to clear way for the commencement of the dams.
