The ‘Kitoko’ hit maker, Avril has landed in an ambassadorial job just days after she released her new hit.She has been picked as Kenyan ambassador for Justiggit. Justdiggit is an Amsterdam-based organisation that restores degraded lands to encourage the growth on natural vegetation which in turn cools down the landscape.
She will join other Justdiggit brand ambassadors like the Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Jonathan Karpathios who is one of the best chefs in Netherlandsand Dutch weathercaster Amara Onwuka.
She has announced the good news in a post that read ”Today was a great day!! Thank you @justdiggit for allowing me to lend my voice to #JustDiggIt and the #TheRainDanceProject as a Kenyan Brand Ambassador .. I’m definitely ready to play my part in #CoolingDownThePlanet.”
Aside from JustDiggIt, Avril seems to be the perfect pick for wholesome brands as she was recently picked as an influencer for Weetabix and has been pushing content for them on social media. In 2017 Avril was picked as the Itel Mobile Kenya brand ambassador because she is a big and respectable brand. She was also on the forefront when ‘Eat Fish for a Better Life’ campaign launched in 2015 at the Alliance Françoise Auditorium.
