In attendance was only close friends and family members, documented through videos that were later shared on social media.

Videos say it all, Sonko’s wife primrose Mbuvi arranged for the the lavish Birthday party to take place at their posh Mua Hills home in Machakos.

On his page the Nairobi governor said:

“On such a wonderful day at exactly 5:23pm, my all time woman crush Saumu Mbuvi brought forth into the world a bouncing baby boy in the name of Mike Mbuvi Sonko.I’m now a year older and I have another reason to celebrate life.Thank you all for the birthday wishes” reads Sonko’s post on Instagram.

The Sonko family know and love to party hard, and this year they are not about to stop the parting.

on January 3rd, Sonko held another party to celebrate his wife’s birthday. At the night party, Mama County was donned in an elegant red dress whereas the guests were dressed in casual-smart.

On February 23rd, Sonko’s daughter Saumu Mbuvitreated her boyfriend to a lavish birthday party at a high-end club in Westland’s Nairobi.


During the celebrations, the mother of one said that her bae had stood by her in many instances and she felt safe around him
