Khloe Kardashian has backtracked on claims Jordyn Woods was responsible for ‘breaking up her family’ after the model admitted to kissing Tristan Thompson.
Mum Khloe spoke out to correct her original tweet and the blame lay solely with NBA star Tristan, with whom she shares daughter True.
In a string of emotional Twitter posts, Khloe said it had been an ‘awful week’ and she’d said things she shouldn’t have.
She said: “This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.
“What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.”
Khloe added that she was hoping to move forward after ending her relationship with her baby daddy Tristan, 27.
“I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True,” she said.
Khloe had come under fire from fans when she hit out at Jordyn and accused her of breaking up her family.
Responding to Jordyn’s claims on Red Table Talk, Khloe had fumed “Why are you lying J ordyn Woods ?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
Jordyn had strongly denied she was a ‘homewrecker’ during her chat with Jada Pinkett-Smith.
She also hinted that Khloe and Tristan had already broken up before she went back to the basketballer’s house for a late night party.
Referring to Tristan as Khloe’s ‘ex’ Jordyn said: “[I didn’t think] how I would feel if someone close to me is hanging at my ex’s house or the father of my child. I didn’t think about that.”
Later in the interview she said: “I know I’m not the reason that Tristan aren’t together.
“This situation might have made it harder for her to want to be with him. And I understand that. But I know I’m not the reason.”
