Bolaise urged by Lukaku to make Anderlecht move

He admits Man united striker Romero Lukaku had an influence on the move.

Bolasie said: “When Anderlecht came up, I immediately started talking to him. He lived on the other side of the street. He immediately told me: ‘Go!’. Then I knew that in terms of accommodations et cetera would be no problem, because ‘Rom’ has some contacts in that area.

“In the end, I thought, ‘Why not?’ I also talked about Anderlechtwith Mbokani and Mbemba, so it certainly did not just depend on ‘Rom’.

“For example, he advised me to go to Aston Villa and I have taken that step anyway. Anderlecht was ideal for me because I can play here and there is pressure.”
