Tanzania President John Magufuli has mourned the passing of media guru Ruge Mutahaba following his death in a South African Hospital.
Mutahaba, who was the director of strategy and development at Clouds Media Group succumbed to kidney failure on February 26.
Mutahaba, who made a name for himself as an inspirational speaker and mentor died in South Africa while undergoing traetment .
While referring to the deceased as “my son,” President Magufuli said that he will forever remember Mutahaba’s contribution to the media and entertainment industries in the country.
He said Mutahaba will also be remembered for playing a key role in instilling hard work among the youth.
“Poleni wanafamilia, ndugu, jamaa na marafiki. Mungu amweke mahali pema, Amina,” stated Magufuli in his tweet.

Mutahaba had been admitted at a South African hospital for several weeks battling kidney failure.
