Corazon Kwamboka advice on how to lose weight

Kenyan socialite, Corazon Kwamboka, has taken to social media when responding to a fan who wanted to know how she has managed to lose weight. The fan asked her; ”You lost weight, honey. Can you share your secret? I am a fitness trainer and I like different people’s success stories.

Corazon answered her by saying that the secret to her weight loss is Intermittent Fasting which has become one of the world’s most popular weight loss trends.

Intermittent fasters usually eat normally a few days of the week and then significantly reduce their intake of calories in other days. Intermittent Fasting makes you lose weight as fasting puts your cells under mild stress. Scientists think that the process of responding to this stress, on your low-calorie days, strengthens cells ability to deal with stress and potentially fight off some diseases.
