Gor Mahia officials can now breathe a sigh of relief after legendary striker Denis Oliech turned up for the team’s training camp at Camp Toyoyo on Tuesday morning.

Oliech had gone on strike last week after the club refused to meet its contractual obligations.

He missed the club’s 2-0 CAF CC win over Hussein Dey on Sunday but coach Hassan Oktay said that they solely missed the services of the experienced striker.

His absence has put the club in bad light with its fans especially after his family issued a stinging statement on Monday saying that he will neither train nor play until his demands are met.

But Oliech is now in contention to face Tusker in the Sportpesa Premier League on Wednesday as K’Ogalo tries to compete on both fronts.

Though it is not clear if he has been paid.
