Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has warned Kenyans to stop confusing him with a fake Facebook account that’s an impersonator.
Atwoli made the revelation that on Saturday 23, the said account divulged information suggesting that he was poised to award a section of youth with motorbikes as part of one of his empowerment programs.
“Patience is a virtue not many people possess. My promise to uplift various youths this year with motor bikes has finally borne fruit despite the long delay in processing prospective applicants.
Your commitment and belief in the foundation was unquestionably encouraging. I will not stop but seek more youths to uplift in this challenging economic times. Stay blessed as we prepare ourselves for the future,”
Atwoli, on the other hand, denied his association with the page:
“Kenyans should not be duped into such idle minds who seem to have perfected the art of using influential personalities to con from unsuspecting members of the public,”
