A video uploaded by a journalist from Uganda showing a soldier harassing a traffic police has gone viral and caused public outcry from Ugandans.

Am certain had the incident not been caught on camera,UPDF @UPDFspokespersn would deny as usual & even claim it happened in Nigeria. Now Ugandans should be ready to see a stage-managed army court sitting very soon claiming to punish those caught assaulting the traffic officer.
