After a video emerged on social media of two men seen smoking marijuana with a young child barely five years old , police are now on the hunt for the two.
Through their official Twitter handle, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) shared the video showing the two men in question subjecting the small boy to weed smoking, an act that is against the law.
The video was posted on Twitter and has been re-shared by hundreds of Kenyans who were in utter shock.
The video also comes at a time when Kenyans have been debating whether the illegal drug should be legalized since it was banned in 1914.
