Joho Further Pinned, Nandi Governor Seeks Details of 2014 Destroyed Heroin Vessel.

Just days after Mombasa governor Hassan Joho was cleared by Interpol and DCI that he is not a drug dealer following an alleged letter that was believed to be making rounds on social media pinning Joho a wanted criminal by Interpol for drug dealing.

The Nandi governor is on a serious note seeking knowledge and information of the ship that was blown by Kenyan government believed to have contained over 370.8 kilograms of heroin valued at Ksh1.3 billion.

On 29th August 2014, the state under the supervision of the President, various Cabinet Secretaries, the Inspector General of Police blew up a luxury hatch referred to as Amin Darya or MV Alnoor in their fight to put a stop on drug trafficking.  

Kenya’s youngest Governor says, since then details of the destroyed Vessel regarding the owner have never been sought or even made public, he believes if availed with the details, he will be able to file a defamation suit against Hassan Joho, Mombasa Governor and also identifying the drug traffickers that are destroying many lives in Mombasa.

Early this month, the Nandi Governor, Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi, Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’waand Kimili MP Didmus Barasa claimed Joho was involved in drug trade.
