Ball Weight; Hector explains why his ‘balls’ were in view in an injury update photo

Arsenal seemed to be picking up form to place themselves well for the league contention but they seem to be loosing the grip and returning back to their ‘next season’ paradigm.

They have a better forward an intact midfield and a stronger defense though it at times gets penetrated. One of their dependable defender, Hector has been injured for the better part of the season but he keeps updating his fans on social media.

Hector Bellerin has regularly been keeping fans updated on his road to recovery – but it almost came back to bite him this week.

The Arsenal defender picked up the season-ending injury last month when he went down unchallenged during the 2-0 win over Chelsea, with the club fearing he could miss up to nine months of action.

TThis week he revealed the aftermath of his surgery to treat his ruptured anterior cruciate ligament injury, describing the recovery as “so far, so good”. Bellerin posted three pictures on his social media accounts, showing off a gruesome scar that runs vertically along his left knee.

He saw the positive side of his latest medical appointment, writing: “So far so good. It’s starting to look like a knee again.”

The Spain international also took to his Instagram stories to post more pictures, and it was here where he caused quite a stir.

One of the snaps showed the defender on a stretcher with his leg raised, and some fans were left suggesting he displayed more than he would have wanted. However the right back, having seemingly received plenty of Instagram notifications, eventually cleared up the situation.

The former Barcelona youth-team player shared another picture from a different angle, and confirmed that it was “just a pair of weights”.

Perhaps next time Bellerin will look and re-look think twice before posting his snaps.
