Uganda’ Shanita Numuyimba alias Bad Black in deep trouble after allegedly insulting President Yoweri Museveni on Social media.
Police has since issued warrant of arrest signed by the Deputy of Criminal Investigation, Joseph Ubwona, requiring the socialite to appear before the criminal investigation Directorate headquarters on February 27th for interrogations as well as recording a statement.
The socialite is being investigated for offensive communication and criminal Libel contrary to the provisions of the gadget misuse Act and the penal code Act simultaneously.

The lady in the video is seen accusing Museveni of charging Bobi Wine who didn’t stone president’s vehicles as alledged. She added that she had s3xual encounter with Museveni in 2000 and procured an abortin with his help.
