Politician and tycoon Jackson Kibor Conned Sh2.7 million

Eldoret farmer and tycoon Jackson Kibor is in court over a deal where he claims to have lost Sh2.7 million to a con

In testimony to Judge Charles Obulutsa, last Monday Kibor narrated how a man by the name Lawrence Kosgey conned obtained wheat from him falsily at Uasin Gishu.

“He came to my house and we went directly to the store, where he picked samples of the wheat and promised to come back the next day,” said Kibor.

In his defence, Kosgei said that he paid Kibor his whole amount through a National Bank account registered under Kibor’s son

Kibor retaliated that the said son works far away and he wasn’t part of the deal.
