Did Caroline Mwatha’s Colleague have a Hand in Her Death? Shocking Revelations Emerge

Many Kenyans were quick to point accusing fingers at the police when Caroline Mwatha went missing and was eventually found inside the freezers of Nairobi City Mortuary but fresh details are stating a whole shocking dimension.

Stephen Maina, a colleague of Caroline Mwatha at Dandora Justice Center and an Uber driver, is in the custody of police and is aiding in the investigations on who is exactly responsible for the death of the human rights activist.

What is more shocking is that Stephen Maina was part and parcel of the brigade that was tasked with searching for Caroline Mwatha. It is very shocking that he has become one of the suspects in the death that resulted from a highly risky and botched abortion.

Dandora Justice Center was at the core of searching for their colleague and there was panic among members of the search team after they retrieved a body from a nearby river. There was short relief after they noticed it was a male body but the relief was short lived as the woman was found at City Mortuary.

Members of Dandora Justice Center were among the first people that were ordered by police to record their statements on what they knew about Caroline Mwatha. Stephen Maina was arrested shortly after he gave his version of events to the police.

The autopsy results given out by government pathologist Johansen Oduor showed that Caroline Mwatha died as a result of overbleeding from a raptured artery due to abortion. Human rights activists were quick to announce that they were satisfied with the autopsy results.
