Waiguru’s Sixth Letter to DPP Over NYS Scandal

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has continued to show the public how relentless she is if she decides to pursue is something.

On February 14, 2019, Waiguru wrote the sixth letter to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) demanding the release of findings from their investigation of the controversial NYS scandal suspect Josephine Kabura.

Waiguru took it to social media to reveal her frustration over Kabura’s lies stating that it is now three years since their case was mentioned

“My 6th letter to EACC and 2nd to DPP requesting them to make public the findings of the Kabura affidavit. 3 years have lapsed.

“Who was behind Kabura lies; Who wrote the affidavit; who distributed it; and why? To whom did the Kabura money actually go? Any action being taken?” posted the governor.

Waiguru further states that the delay has caused her irreparable damages and she demands its closure.

The war between the two brewed in February 2016 when Kabura, a key suspect in 791 million NYS scandal claimed that they shared millions with the Governor who was the Devolution CS at that time.

Kabura even revealed that former Devolution CS introduced her in the business with NYS and help her register companies used in that dubious deal,

However, Waiguru denied all the claims that Kabura made before the court.
